Job Title: Marketing Coordinator, SA & Ugryd
SUMMARY:
Coordinate marketing plans and projects for Ugryd, formerly known as Off-Campus Advantage (OCA) and the local merchant network. Support marketing integration of Student Advantage and OCA marketing platforms, including new and existing OCA related products to the marketplace. Work with sales teams to unify value proposition across divisions and complete sales & marketing initiatives to help achieve company-wide financial goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with sales teams to produce ROI positive marketing campaigns and collateral materials to support products across the company.
  • Maintain working competitor knowledge and keep up with competitor products and marketing.
  • Create marketing materials, as required, for individual merchants and for merchant network branding efforts.
  • Coordinate w/clients to solicit client testimonials, endorsements letters and quotes.
  • Support the release of new products to market (working with Product Management and other internal teams).
  • Support tradeshow and conference production and coordination.
  • Manage vendor relationships and track project costs and timelines.
  • Maintain marketing plans and budget spreadsheets for OCA activities.
  • Develop and maintain OCA content for the external OCA and Student Advantage.
  • Travel to market specific tradeshows/conferences and to client/prospect sites, as required. (tbd)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
  • Strong PC user: Windows-based applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Prior product marketing experience, university marketing experience is desirable.
